Annave Noel is the 21 year old Haitian American founder and CEO of Luminous SKN Care, a Caribbean body care brand born from heritage, family, and a lifelong connection to the natural beauty of the islands.

For Annave, beauty has always been deeply personal. Growing up in a Haitian home, she was surrounded by an understanding that nature could be part of how you cared for yourself. Her great grandmother Elia was an herbalist in Haiti, and that knowledge became part of the traditions carried through her family. From an early age, Annave was taught about the natural and traditional medicinal uses of Caribbean plants, herbs, oils, and other ingredients, along with the ways they had been used across generations for beauty and everyday care.

Those early lessons shaped the way she sees beauty today, not simply as something aesthetic, but as something connected to heritage, ritual, memory, and home.

Her curiosity about skin eventually grew into a passion of her own. Becoming a licensed esthetician gave Annave a deeper understanding of skincare, while her Haitian American upbringing continued to influence the ingredients, stories, scents, and experiences she wanted to share with others.

She created Luminous SKN Care to bring those two worlds together, the traditions she was raised around and her own modern vision of Caribbean beauty.

At its heart, Luminous SKN Care is an extension of Annave herself: young, Caribbean, colorful, nostalgic, and rooted in where she comes from. It is her way of honoring the women who came before her while creating something distinctly her own for the generation coming next.
